Family Season, The Ark
Paper Moon (Meridiano, Denmark): Oct 10 - 11, The Ark
'Giacomo Ravicchio is a master of the puppet theatre in all its shapes and sizes… It’s a delight to see such perfect artistry.' - Teateravisen
Even though he is only a little boy, Elliot has a lot of big things on his mind. So big, in fact, that he is very much awake when he should be fast asleep.
Elliot has a goldfish and a tiger and a lion made of plastic. He has a favourite teddy bear that understands him and follows him wherever he goes.
He also loves his books. He can’t read any of the words in them yet, but the pictures can take him far, far away – across countries and kingdoms, to a world where he can, perhaps, find the answers he’s been looking for.
From Giacomo Ravicchio, co-creator of Little Steps (Dublin Theatre Festival 2013), comes this tender tale about family, love and the magic of imagination.
