Born in Barcelona, Mónica studied dance in the Institut del Teatre, Barcelona and at the Folkwang-Hochschule in Essen.  She has worked with Malou Airaudo and Jean-Leaurent Sasportes in Essen;  Rodolpho Leoni Dance Company in Düsseldorf; Cie Toula Limnaois, Rui Horta and Helge Músial in Berlin.

 

Since 2002, she has been working with Irina Pauls in Heidelberg and as part of the Heidelberg-Freiburg Tanztheater.Also with Konstantinos Rigos in Thessaloniki and recently with the Company Drift in Zurich
