Piotr Baumann – Performer

 

Born in Poland in 1965, Piotr performed with the Tomaszewski Theatre Company 1985 – 1989.  In 1999 he moved to London and worked during his training with Le Coq with Desmond Jones and Peter Bridgemont.

 

Piotr has performed in Ken Campbell’s Pigeon Macbeth in the National Theatre London and in The Warp a 27 hour long play.  Since then he has played many Eastern European baddies in various TV series including The Bill, A Touch of Frost and in the American film The Wolfman.

 

His Dublin performances include Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea Adventure with Walk The Plank Company and Rostow with the Russian State Opera company.  In between acting projects, Piotr works as an underwater cameraman and recently worked for a year as a commercial diver in Borneo.
